The accommodations are well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Was located fairly close to the San Salvestro Vaporetto stop. Breakfast was abundant and served on time to your room. Had a common sitting room outside our room which was great as we were travelling with another couple. As the rooms are small we opted not to get daily cleaning/bed making service.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and would definitely recommend. Do yourself a favor and make sure to complete the check-in instructions before you arrive. Especially if you don't have international calling or data. Otherwise the staff was very nice, the breakfast was very good, and it's in a great area.

We enjoyed our stay at GKK. Communication was really smooth considering there was no reception. Staff responded to emails within an hour and gave instructions to check in over the phone. We really liked the homely feel to the property. It was quiet inside and was nice to come back to after the business of the Venice streets! The breakfast was also lovely. No complaints at all.
