Our upgrade included a washer and dishwasher and small kitchen, which was definitely a bonus. The breakfast is simple and healthy and extremely high quality. The hotel is in a very beauitiful and quiet location, with easy access to the rest of venice.

Very conveniently located. Close enough to all the main attractions, but remote enough to be in a quieter area. It is also perfect location for water taxi pick up and drop off. The room was very clean and a good size for a family of four. Bathroom updated and very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel to stay two nights in Venice. It is in a quiet area, but still only a ten minute walk from really popular areas. My only complaint was the scented toilet paper.
