「The room is spacious and clean. But there is no cleaning service for staying less than 7 nights, and the sofa bed is sagged and uncomfortable. It is close to tram stop, so it’s convenient but noisy at night. 」

Nous savions que nous allions utiliser les transports en commun pour nos visites. L’appartement que nous avions était grand (une chambre fermée plus divan-lit dans le salon), avec un grand balcon. Air climatisé qui fonctionnait bien. Pour la piscine extérieure (4 pieds, pas profonde), nous pouvions y aller 2 heures par jour compte tenu qu’elle n’est pas hyper...

「Check in was digital. We loved the provision of pre and post check-in storage cabinets. The staff were so warm and helpful. Special mention ought to be made of Cristina, our housekeeper. She was thorough, kind and extremely helpful. We loved our stay.」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「The property was great, aside from the insanely steep stairs that were a bit shocking upon arrival, I may have missed it but my elderly mother wasn’t prepared for that hike when we got in. All in all H77 Is fantastic and I would 100% stay again just without my mother」
