「Clean and comfortable room. Fabulous small communal kitchen area with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Very pleased with the generous breakfast supplies of teas, milk, breads, ham and cheese. 「CAUTION. Spent 3 weeks in Italy and this is the only place I had issues with. The air con is non functional - on/off only with some (warmish) air. Open the window and hear the train that is right below. Host doesn’t speak English and was not flexible. We left 2 days early without refund. Even at the extra expense I could not stay in that room. 「I stayed in probably 6-9 different accommodations here in Italy and this one was the best by a long shot. The moment I walked in I was greeted and then the even walked me to my room and offered to take my bags upstairs.
