We throughly enjoyed our stay at this location. It is a bit outside the main attractions of the city, but is right by the tram line which was wonderful.
Extremely comfy beds and pillows. We got a bundle deal with utilization of the spas 1 hour each day. There were some issues when utilizing the Mayan spa which we mentioned. We also were not aware the juice and water were free when we utilized the spaces.
Overall a great stay and we would return I would rate it 4.5/5.
We stayed 4 nights; it was a real shame that hotel guests had to pay for the spas (choice of 3) which were only available for private rental, with 30% discount for us… which was still expensive. When we booked, we thought access to the facilities would be included, so that was disappointing. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. There was also a fridge which was a bonus.
Nice staff, renovated hotel, safe location and dog friendly

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Excellent service and a very clean, comfortable room; value for money was average for a hotel of this category.
The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our Family Studio was a good size for a family, very clean and comfortable, with a crib provided in good condition. The A/C worked well, noise was low (some outside noise, nothing serious), and there is an elevator to the upper floors.
A few things to be aware of: the room showed some signs of wear and felt a bit dated. Ours was on the first floor and quite dark — the only window was at the far inner end of the room, so it received little natural light.
The breakfast buffet was decent for the price but not very extensive, so we had breakfast elsewhere the next day. The rooftop restaurant was good for dinner.
The complimentary bottle of prosecco included with our Expedia booking wasn't provided at first, but the hotel corrected it after we flagged it. The room upgrade offered with the booking (subject to availability) was not available.
The hotel is in the Piazza Ippolito Nievo area of Trastevere, about a 20-minute walk from the main sights and restaurants around Piazza di Santa Maria in Trastevere, and the immediate surroundings are not particularly scenic. There is a tram stop very close by, though we didn't use it.
For a hotel listed as 4-star, we found the value for money average. Best suited for travelers who prioritize service, cleanliness and space over ambiance and a central location.
The staff were amazing the spa was a must as it was so relaxing. The room were nice and the beds were comfy.
They sorted out the taxis too and from the airport for €70 each way.
Was a shame there was no sports massage available as they are redoing the room they use
Will defo go again if traveling to rome.
