Stayed 6 person comfortably good clean apartment & street cars are right infront of the entrance but if you’re light sleeper will hear it all the time but we didn’t had problems. Only thing is lift outside the apartment is smells old other than that good place to stay.

Very comfortable for a family of 4

Very large clean and comfortable rooms. A little away from the center though.. At first glance i was put off by the exterior covered in graffiti but the interiors made up for it.

Beautiful property with wonderful remote check in process. Two beautiful bathrooms, full kitchen, bathroom, and sofa bed were all amazing. Comfortable bedding and pillows. There is a train that runs in the street in front of the apartment periodically but we were so jet lagged it didn’t bother us. With the windows closed it’s not very loud.

We stayed here with a group of girls for 3 nights. The outside of the property wasn’t very clean. Lots of graffiti on the walls, but that was the entire neighborhood, not just this property. The area is a little loud at night, but there is a tram stop immediately outside the property, which was very convenient for moving about the city. Inside, it was a really great apartment! Rooms were very spacious, three bathrooms WITH showers were great! Everything (appliances, WiFi, codes, etc.) seemed to work. Hosts were very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in an hour early.

It was a nice place. Clean and great for the family. Easy entry with two secured doors. The interior walls were sound proof but the exterior not so much. We heard everytime the front building door opened, people talking all night and the street car. It was still nice but if you are not used to all of the city noise, it may make it difficult to sleep well at night.

The room is spacious and clean. But there is no cleaning service for staying less than 7 nights, and the sofa bed is sagged and uncomfortable. It is close to tram stop, so it’s convenient but noisy at night.

The apartment is big, very tidy and clean. All I need is fully equipped. It is convenient to get to the attractions because it is close to tram station. I can tell the owner is passion for running the B&B through the decorations inside the apartment. It is definitely the best B&B I have ever stayed in Italy.

There were many things we did not like about our stay, when we arrived the code given did not work, we had to call and was given correct details. The location said 7 mins to Trevi fountain, it took 15 mins, hospital near by so it was noisy with ambulance driving up and down the street. The sofa bed needs updating we felt like we were sleeping on a timber pallet and there was a bow in the middle so very uncomfortable. Did not accomodate for a family, I had to find the laundry facilities myself, the dryer doesn’t work so it was difficult to dry clothes for a family of five. I had to hang clothes from showers and all around the property. Hot water units (2 seperate units) ran out on the first day after two showers and had to wait over 2.5 hours to heat up. Would not recommend

Excelente apartamento, espaçoso e confortável. A localização não é boa. Está distante de estações de metrô (30 minutos de caminhada), porém tem ônibus que passa na porta. Tem um bom custo benefício, é um excelente apartamento, mesmo com uma localização menos privilegiada.

部屋は清潔です。サーモスタットか何の音だと思いますが、ガスが点火されるような音が結構うるさかった。週末に掃除の連絡があったようですが掃除されたかどうか不明。ゴミもシーツもそのままでした。トラム乗り場が目の前でバスとの乗り継ぎも便利。

Bien, quelques concession a faire

L’appartement est sympa, bien situé et spacieux. Les nuits sont bruyantes, d’un coté le tramway et de l’aute un Baxi qui se met en route en permanence... nous y avons passé un bon sejour et les instructions communiqué par l’hébergement sont claires, attention en anglais.
