My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was beautiful and relaxing, and the atmosphere and amenities were wonderful. The staff were super helpful and made us feel at home, making our stay even more special. Perfect location as we were a short walk to everything and felt very safe. Would love to stay here again if we return to Florence.

This is a gem of a place to stay. Spacious apartment, very convenient to all things central in Florence. Staff very friendly. The breakfast included was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here.

If six stars were possible, our experiences with the reception team would receive six stars! Same for the location - it was fantastic. Over we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would recommend for couples.

Very comfortable central Florence short break

Wonderful room in a historic building. Roberta was a font of knowledge and provided lots of information about the history and gave us tips on the local markets, best views of the city and places to eat out. As the accommodation was so central it was a real bonus to be able to return from our explorations in the middle of the day to have a coffee with cake, pastry or fruit left over from the ample breakfast buffet.

The location was perfect proximity to everything. I liked the availability of the kitchen to make tea in the evening or have a pastry. Roberta and the rest of the staff were perfect. They made the stay feel very homey. I would recommend this location to anyone staying in Florence.

Great location and very affordable

We had a wonderful apartment on the first floor, that had a living room bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Along with a washer. Made a big difference on the three week trip.

Wonderful property in a great location in Florence! The property was safe/secure, very well maintained, with staff that were very helpful and pleasant! Breakfast each morning was done very well and the hosts were all helpful. We also took the opportunity to visit the vineyard one afternoon and do their picnic tour - it was great! Purchased a case of the vineyards wine to ship home. Truly enjoyed our visit, we would stay there again when back in Florence!

Great location,beautiful room lovely staff kind helpful,katiana at breakfast was especially helpful however the bed and pillow were very hard (personal preference) and the shower very hard to regulate and the toilet flush was temperamental and room was very dark

We had the loveliest time here. The accommodations are lovely, clean and reasonably priced. It is conveniently located to everything and the staff was incredibly helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with Roberta who gave us wonderful recommendations and taught us a lot of local history. We were visiting because my son will be attending college in Florence for the next 4 years, and I will plan to stay at the Peruzzi Urban Residences every time I visit him. I can’t wait to return!

Roberta the host was phenomenal. She was super helpful and knowledgeable about Florence. She gave us a lot of tips about where to go and where to shop. Her wine teasing session was the best. The breakfast each morning was fantastic! I love that there’s a shared kitchen right next to our room. There’s coffee, fruits and pastries throughout the day. The ladies who hosted our breakfast were the best. Katia and Natalie were cheerful every morning. They prepared breakfast and made coffee for us. They were professional and friendly.

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at Peruzzi Residences! The accommodations were not only luxurious and immaculate but also thoughtfully designed to ensure a truly comfortable stay. The standout, however, was the incredible staff—especially Katia, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Her warmth, energy and attention to detail were remarkable. Wonderful experience

What a wonderful place to stay and explore the city. Check in information provided well in advance and Roberta, the concierge, provided an excellent welcome giving lots of information about the accommodation and best places to visit eat during our stay. Our room, Vittoria, was large, very clean and had an extremely comfortable bed. Our only issue was that of the noise from the street below which meant that any noise echoed up the narrow streets, not vehicles, just people enjoying themselves late at night. Having said that, it is a city centre and a fantastic location and we will stay again when we visit Florence next time. Breakfast in the large communal area just outside our room, was a fantastic spread. Great location with most sights within a 10/15 minute walk and some brilliant restaurants locally, just short stroll away.
