Very clean and great location! Building was tastefully renovated— we learned that the owner is an architect. They did a wonderful job; kept the historic authenticity and installed modern, convenient facilities such as the new, spacious bathroom. Location is next to the backside of Uffizi, and steps away from many sight seeing places; steps away from restaurants and shops. We walked to all major sites. Staff all very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The room was fantastic, cozy and modern but still with a feeling of being in a historical part of the city. Engli was particularly helpful and friendly. He made us feel extremely welcome and was full of great suggestions. Can’t recommend staying here enough.

This hotel was an absolute 5/5 and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. The property itself is stunning and full of charm. We loved that the hotel was once a beautiful historic home, and the thoughtful touches they made to preserve its history and character did not go unnoticed. It felt elegant, unique, and truly special. Upon arrival, the concierge, Ingli (apologies if we spelled that incorrectly), immediately made us feel welcomed. He was exceptionally kind, allowed us to check into our room early, and even provided us with a light complimentary breakfast the next day. His hospitality genuinely made our stay unforgettable. Beyond the beauty of the hotel, the room itself was our favorite of our entire multi city European tour. It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with a safe, mini fridge, and complimentary water, which we really appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved every second of our stay. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Florence and highly recommend this amazing hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Lovely little hotel with great staff. Gorgeous decor! There were roadworks during our stay which made it very noisy in the mornings - but not the hotels fault!
