「Absolutely wonderful stay. The onsite restaurant was amazing and the staff was very attentive and helpful. There are nice wineries and restaurants nearby too and the concierge made very helpful recommendations and reservations for us. Use the hotel name (and not just the address) since the Apple Maps and Google Maps gets confused otherwise.」

「We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. 「Hermoso lugar」

「We stayed in Castillo for 5 days and we like it a lot. There was a good combination of medieval castle vibe and modern comfort. Although we’re mostly driving around exploring vineyards and small towns, we enjoyed the Castillo property, swimming pool and beautiful nature.」

「Hotel is sat amongst the Tuscan hills with the most unreal views. Staff are so helpful and nothing was ever too much, they take such good care of you.」

「The pool was so warm that it couldn’t help cool you down in the heat. Breakfast was scarce and lots of flies around the tables. Not much for kids to do. We checked out after 2 night even though we paid for 7 and they wouldn’t consider a refund. The villa at the top of the hill is much nicer with a proper restaurant and 2 pools but it was closed off for a private wedding. I wouldn’t go there again」

「We booked 4 rooms for a group of 8 people. The hotel is a winery inside a castle wall (with no nearby plantation) and the rooms are in well condition, spacious and fully equipped. The dinner were included and had a lot of choices and of good standard. The dinner place is a courtyard and was most enjoyable in the October weather. The captain of the restaurant Christian is most helpful. We have to give a special thank to reception staff Jonas. Our transport to the hotel was an electric rental car...

「托斯卡尼如果叫我魂牽夢繫，全因為我曾經在Borgo San Felice停留過。一下車，就被整個壯濶的環境震攝住，一大片直連天邊的葡萄園，高聳，結實纍纍的松樹，整個心胸也寬濶開來。接待小姐非常nice的引領，小巧的房間，強力水柱，舒服的大床，豐盛的早餐，都叫我捨不得離開。入住當天晚上，我們點了T bone，入口即化的牛肉叫我驚豔，尤其是T bone 下的鹽板，保留了T bone的溫度，很棒。餐廳的氣氛和餐點都很可口。這是我住過最美的飯店，也是最愛的飯店。如果還有機會再回到托斯卡尼，我想，應該是為了Borgo San Felice」
