「Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and prime location.」

「First and foremost, the Staff was Awesome! They we very kind and accommodating, and assisted us with any and all requests we had. They Truly got the Art of "Customer Service" down to a Polished Science. Location was perfect, as almost all of the sites were within a 15 minute walk. Also, no shortage of very good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again, this place is a Gem! Highly Recommended!!!」

「I was not satisfied with the service I received. I booked a room for four people, but upon arrival, I was told that although I had paid for a room for four, only two people were allowed to stay. This made no sense and was very frustrating. I was then charged an additional €80 for the two extra guests, which I find completely unreasonable and unacceptable.
