"The room was very clean but what really stood out was how accommodating and gracious the staff is. When I asked Martina if I could change rooms to a different one, she showed me the different types of rooms and allowed me to choose one within the same category of my booking. Very helpful staff."
"First time in Rome. I loved everything about this hotel, it is in a great location about 20 minutes walk from Campo d’ Fiori, Navona, pantheon, Fontana de Trevi , etc and about 30 mins walk to the Vatican (I regreted no taking the stroll at slow pace as there is a great view of the city as you walk up the hill). There is a Carrefour and farmacy about 3 mins walking distance, cafe trastevere 👌, a Tiramisi boutique, restaurantes, gelaterias, pizzerias, bars, every trying closed by. 2 Bus stops less tha 4 mins walk and about a 6 mins driving distance from trastevere station. The breakfast was amazing! The top roof bar restaurant very good, had steak dinner twice, not drinks though. Room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel lobby is very pretty and comfy. But what was the most wonderful to me was the staff Melania & Alessio made sure my stay was comfortable and stress free! I would definitely stay here again "
