Check in was quick and seamless, Simona did a wonderful job explaining everything to me in English, and making sure I understood- she was wonderful. 「I had a wonderful stay in Roma — the hotel’s room was smaller than i anticipated but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond, even reserving a taxi for me. I would definitely stay here again.
One thing to note: while the hotel itself felt safe and comfortable, the surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy at night. so extra caution is advised when walking around after dark.」
"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
