"Breakfast was great. Unfortunately both taxis they ordered for us after we clarifed where we were going they took us to the wrong destinations. Not sure who made the errors. Would stay there again location was great. We had to ask them for our VIP access discount. We also never were offered a room upgrade...they were not forthcoming with the information about these"

"Great check-in experience where staff provided lots of info on the neighborhood and back door trait tips. Room was very clean and cozy. The location is only 5 minutes from termini and the metro was so easy to use. The only negative was the occasional ruckus in the street, not unexpected so close to the train station. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Worst experience ever. Two pairs of my Gucci footwear brand new black heels and brown shoes — were stolen from my room. The hotel showed no accountability and failed to help. When I asked to check CCTV, they refused and told me to get a police report first. The police station was closed and we had a flight the next day, so it wasn’t possible. Very disappointing and stressful. Would not recommend."

"Clean rooms, great breakfast, the girl at reception was very welcoming when checking in, very informative and helped us with activities and recommendations. I meant to get her name to give her 5 stars on here, she was scheduled on the evening of the 24th. Just want to say she goes well above and beyond. All other staff were wonderful to deal with as well! Highly recommended to stay here!"
