Super Lage vom Hotel, nahe Hauptbahnhof. Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, sind auch hellhörig wen andere am Gang draußen sind. Personal war sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet war gut:)

El hotel está a 5 minutos de la estación de tren termini el cual lo hace muy accesible para llegar o salir pero por lo mismo la zona está sucia y fea. El cuarto a mi parecer le faltaba más limpieza, se ve que le hacen limpieza muy básica. El desayuno no me gustó, casi no hay variedad y un día preferimos no desayunar ahí aunq nos lo incluía, pero preferimos irnos a desayunar a otro lugar. De ahí en fuera la cama está cómoda y las habitaciones están ok.

Gym was closed and an outdoor set up which was unusable. Staff were helpful. Wifi average speed and rooms can be noisy with outdoor traffic and voices.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, zu unserem Erstaunen hatte das Zimmer einen gestrichenen Betonfussboden. Es ist etwas hellhörig, die türknallenden Gäste tragen ihren Beitrag hierzu bei. Das Frühstück ist ok, das Brot würde, wenn es zum Beispiel in der Küche mit einer Brotmaschine auf gleichmäßige Dicke geschnitten würde, nicht des öfteren im Toaster verkohlen und deshalb nicht gegessen werden. Das Hotel liegt gemessen an der Bahnhofsnähe recht ruhig und viele Gaststätten sind in der Nähe.

Convenient for the train station

Hotel is very convenient for the train station being a short walk. Breakfast has a good choice on the buffet and the staff were friendly.

Wir sind als Familie gereist und hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Leider war der Zustand der ersten beiden Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft sehr unzureichend (siehe beigefügte Fotos bezüglich der Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung). Wir haben diesen Umstand umgehend bei Expedia gemeldet, woraufhin uns bereits eine Teilrückerstattung gewährt wurde. Zudem haben wir das Gespräch mit dem Personal vor Ort gesucht. Glücklicherweise reagierte das Team und wir konnten die Zimmer wechseln. Die neuen Zimmer waren in einem guten Zustand und entsprachen unseren Erwartungen. Dank des Zimmerwechsels und des bemühten Personals am Ende vergeben wir drei Sterne. Für die Zukunft würden wir uns jedoch eine bessere Qualitätskontrolle vor der Ankunft der Gäste wünschen.

very tiny room, no outlets to plug in anything, stained sheets and dirty room. we stayed long enough to book another hotel room and we checked out but she refused to give a refund saying she didn't know how. They charged me days before we arrived for our booking. we were only there aprox 30-45 minutes. also looked like a very bad area, stores etc all boarded up and closed . also room did not look like the picture posted when i booked it and when i told her that she said it was another room . she also said all rooms looked the same so that didn't make sense to me

Great stay

We had a great stay at hotel Milani. The staff are friendly, the recently refurbished rooms are clean, an the breakfast is nice and fresh.

Room was comfortablecand clean. Reception and hotel felt very dated and rundown. Felt a little unsafe with homeless people lying in the street. Plus side, very close to the main train station.

The hotel is very clean and close to Roma Termini. The area near hotel is clean and close to good restaurants. The hotel also offers a good breakfast. The only negative was the bed was hard and pillows flat, so I didn’t sleep comfortable.
