Wonderful trip thanks to the great staff and service. The American breakfast supplied by the restaurant next door was big. Lunch and dinner was also great. Coffee and cappuccino delicious. Booked taxi for us to the airport. Our Hostess Sarena recommended best places for ice cream and quick pizza shops.
The room size was huge, the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and the location was excellent and safe. It does have an elevator. I would definitely stay here again.
This was an interesting place. While the “suite” showed luxury, the staff I dealt with in person, did not make me feel welcome. This place is either managed by a restaurant owner or they are pitching in with the check ins and luggage storage if you come before or after the official check in time. They left us feeling like we were the pain in their bottoms for having to deal with us.
The suite was quite well equipped. The amenities were sloppy. Our family of 4 stayed for one night and by the 4th member to shower, there was no more shower gel. Don’t want to complain about coffee, but had to mix regular with decaf to get 2 cups out of what we had.
The location is good if you are looking for go get to some attractions by walking, public transportation is available when walking 5+ minutes.
Not that it mattered to us, but it had the tiniest elevator I had ever seen. Barely fit one person with 2 carry ons. The room also had a, let say, private balcony. At the end of worked for our purpose, but would not stay here again.
Excellent stay! The staff was incredible and very helpful. The location is excellent very walkable with great shopping and places to eat. The rooms are spacious and perfect for stays with family. The location is also in a great area. Can’t wait to stay here again!
We had an excellent stay at this boutique hotel. Because it’s a small property with only a handful of rooms, it doesn’t have a traditional 24 hour front desk. The entrance is through doorway number 7, which is easy to miss if you’re not paying attention, but don’t let that deter you.
From check-in to daily housekeeping to check-out, the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly.
We stayed in the fourth floor room with the private terrace, which was a highlight of our trip. The adjustable awning made it comfortable to relax outside, and the air conditioning kept the room cool despite the hot Roman summer days.
A complimentary breakfast was included each morning at the Negresco across the street, which was a thoughtful bonus and a great way to start the day.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and within about 25 minutes on foot of most of Rome’s major attractions. During the 90°F heat, we often took advantage of the nearby Metro station at the Spanish Steps, which made getting around even easier.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located boutique hotel in Rome.
The room was perfect for the 3 of us. There was 2 separate rooms and 1.5 bathrooms so it was nice feeling like we had our own spaces. Location was great and walkable to most things we wanted to do.
Extremely comfortable, awesome location, and friendly and helpful staff. Walkable sites, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect location for a visit to Rome.
Everything was perfect with the accommodation. Breakfast was perfect across the road. choice of American (eggs bacon ham cheese, toast, juice and coffee) or Italian (croissant ham cheese toastie juice and coffee) reception open 9-4 very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again
