Wonderful trip thanks to the great staff and service. The American breakfast supplied by the restaurant next door was big. Lunch and dinner was also great. Coffee and cappuccino delicious. Booked taxi for us to the airport. Our Hostess Sarena recommended best places for ice cream and quick pizza shops.

Great location, the staff both in the restaurant and in the hotel are friendly, comfortable for a family of four.
The room size was huge, the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and the location was excellent and safe. It does have an elevator. I would definitely stay here again.
We had an excellent stay at this boutique hotel. Because it’s a small property with only a handful of rooms, it doesn’t have a traditional 24 hour front desk. The entrance is through doorway number 7, which is easy to miss if you’re not paying attention, but don’t let that deter you.
From check-in to daily housekeeping to check-out, the service was outstanding. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly.
We stayed in the fourth floor room with the private terrace, which was a highlight of our trip. The adjustable awning made it comfortable to relax outside, and the air conditioning kept the room cool despite the hot Roman summer days.
A complimentary breakfast was included each morning at the Negresco across the street, which was a thoughtful bonus and a great way to start the day.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and within about 25 minutes on foot of most of Rome’s major attractions. During the 90°F heat, we often took advantage of the nearby Metro station at the Spanish Steps, which made getting around even easier.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located boutique hotel in Rome.
Excellent stay! The staff was incredible and very helpful. The location is excellent very walkable with great shopping and places to eat. The rooms are spacious and perfect for stays with family. The location is also in a great area. Can’t wait to stay here again!
The room was perfect for the 3 of us. There was 2 separate rooms and 1.5 bathrooms so it was nice feeling like we had our own spaces. Location was great and walkable to most things we wanted to do.
Location was incredible. Room was spacious. Enjoyed our stay

The hotel was in a great location. Minute walks to the Trevi and the Spanish Steps.
The suites are indeed Luxurious as the name states but the service is not.
One of the things we didnt like is that there was no one to get intouch with and no receptionist. This was difficult specially checking in on a Sunday, We were basically locked out and had to figure out that we had to go to the restaurant across the road to check in…this was very inconvenient.
Another thing is that theres no one to get intouch with when you need something in your room. For example we ran out of coffee and this was never refilled during our 3 night stay. There was a phone number to get intouch with someone but its very inconvenient.
Also the size elevator is so small that you can only fit 2 luggages at a time. You basically have to have someone on the upper floor and lower floor the bring your luggages up or down. This was very inconvenient specially we had 4 luggages and 4 carry only luggages as there were 4 of us. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone coming in with a party of 3 or more.
We will definitely be coming back to Rome in the future but will not be coming back to this property.
Extremely comfortable, awesome location, and friendly and helpful staff. Walkable sites, restaurants, and shopping. Perfect location for a visit to Rome.
Our 4 night stay at Bocca di Leone was good overall. The location, room size, and breakfast were great. However, communication could be improved since no one reached out prior to check in. We arrived around 6pm and had to call to get instructions, which directed us to their partner restaurant to complete check in. About an hour after arriving, I then received their automated pre check in message. The towels and sheets also had light stains, and because there is no on site staff, I had to message and later call the host to request fresh towels after two days. Overall the stay was comfortable, but clearer communication and better attention to cleanliness would make the experience smoother.
Everything was perfect with the accommodation. Breakfast was perfect across the road. choice of American (eggs bacon ham cheese, toast, juice and coffee) or Italian (croissant ham cheese toastie juice and coffee) reception open 9-4 very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again
Lovely, very spacious room. Had a problem with shower but this was dealt with as soon as we reported it. Breakfast is provided at a cafe across the street. Limited options, but orange juice was fresh and we really enjoyed everything. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We loved it!
