Hotel met our needs well for an overnight stay before embarking on a cruise. Pros - Pool was GREAT, restaurant was pretty good. Cons - It is located atop a hill and hard to get anywhere else.

The hotel is beautiful and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Transportation to the airport was efficient and convenient. The only complaint I have is the ac was blowing out warm air and it was too hot in our room. The front desk said they can fix it remotely but it was still hot. Other than that, the pool was beautiful, clean and refreshing.

The corridors looked like we were staying in Vegas. Glasses, trays, empty bottles strewn all over the place on the way to our room. Three days without removal. We went out at 7.15 a.m. and came back at 16.00 to find room still not cleaned or towels changed. Breakfast was chaotic. One coffee machine to serve 150 + people. Food was buffet style and not very hot. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable. Would not stay again.was tempted to take photos, but why bother. The staff didn’t.
