「Excellent staff!!」

「First of all the entrance is daunting. Everything is by keypad. As a 71 year old once we entered through the old door from the street using the key pad we found ourselves having to carry the luggage up a extra long flight of stairs to get to the rickety old elevator to take us to the fifth floor. Had I known this was a requirement I would not have booked it. This is Definitely accommodation for a much younger traveller. As for the room it was nice, location is great and is well kept. I...

「旅館的位置有點隱密，所以要花點時間才能順利找到！旅館服務人員親切且熱心。除此之外，早餐還會在指定的時間送到房間，讓房客能輕鬆的在房內享用！」

「Hotel Caravita was such a wonderful property in an excellent location of Rome. We had been on a 2 week tour of Southern Rome and we chose to stay an extra night in Rome before returning home to the US. We were greeted by a friendly staff and enjoyed a complimentary cocktail on the rooftop. I felt so spoiled and enjoyed the views and atmosphere. Our breakfast was generous and the food was top notch. Our room was quiet even though we had a view of a street full of tourists walking to the Trevi...

「Friendly staff. A few items in disrepair such as cooker hob grill, lack of adequate kitchenware (no flat spatula for basic frying eggs), shower door rubber side not properly on. Otherwise a fantastic location, super convenient.」

「Location to historic area was the reason we booked here. Staffing was limited to 8 am to 20 pm and we’re generally helpful. However the technology of the systems was unnecessarily cumbersome. To turn lights off & on took a phone remote. On the first morning I swiped wrong and disengaged the entire remote. No one is on staff until 8 AM so we had to stumble around in the dark until we woke up enough to remember an alternate light switch. Shower was beautiful but the overhead sprayer dripped...

「Great view and staff. Location was prime for walking around the city of Rome. 20 minutes away from all the major attractions. Some reviews will knock the cleanliness or conditions of the room but it was exactly how I imagined iy. Limited staff hours but your booking s renovated apartment basically so if you want a traditional hotel go that route. This was great would definitely reconsider this location again. AC worked, bathroom, sink, toilet, everything was great.」

「飯店不大但很新,櫃檯服務人員非常的熱心,早餐非常豐富,走路到各個景點也方便,值得推薦！」

「Lovely and clean, enough space for the 2 of us and an excellent location. Good value for money.」

「Good property in a good location. Only complaint is on booking check in time is 12. However when getting there we were told its any time after 12 and not 12 (one of the reasons we chose this particular property). Staff was friendly though and had room ready by 1pm」
