「We arrived in Rome and it was a bit chaotic. The hotel, on the other hand, was quiet, peaceful and a welcome treat. Our room was spacious, clean and one of the best we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Europe. I had not originally booked this hotel, but upon searching further, I stumbled across it. 「This place was exceptional. We stayed here in April when arriving in Rome, and loved it so much we booked it again for our last night before leaving Italy. The property is nicely updated and well maintained, and the location couldn't be better. Not only is it around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, and walking distance from many sites, but there is conveniently a laundromat across the courtyard! We would stay here again.」

「The first day when we arrived after 13 hours flight in the very early morning , we understand we can only check in after 2pm, we would like to get changes for the day by using the hotel's dressing room, after we opened our luggage and getting change half way, we have been told that to close up all our luggage immediately and 2 of us only able to use the dressing room by 5mins.
