The room was great and the service was even better (the manage Oliver and his crew do an unbelievable job at making you feel like you are the only guests at the hotel). Our suite was beautiful with a large double vanity in the bathroom and a walk-in closet. We were traveling with our 10 year old son and had plenty of space and privacy. The breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay here again when we visit Rome!」
「The first day when we arrived after 13 hours flight in the very early morning , we understand we can only check in after 2pm, we would like to get changes for the day by using the hotel's dressing room, after we opened our luggage and getting change half way, we have been told that to close up all our luggage immediately and 2 of us only able to use the dressing room by 5mins.

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "
