「Great staff and cleaning service. very clean rooms. We were in the 2 bedroom + loft with the terrace and hot tub. Kids loved the room, it was very spacious. It is also a great location, next to Trevi, pantheon, Spanish steps and so many restaurants. Most tourist spots are walkable 」

We were offered dinner complimentary for the inconvenience but would highly recommend the restaurant regardless. Food was amazing. Location is close to all major attractions. 」

「The first day when we arrived after 13 hours flight in the very early morning , we understand we can only check in after 2pm, we would like to get changes for the day by using the hotel's dressing room, after we opened our luggage and getting change half way, we have been told that to close up all our luggage immediately and 2 of us only able to use the dressing room by 5mins. Under happy experience of this stay, but good location.」

Breakfast staff a but unfriendly and kick you out when breakfast time is over even if you are still eating which if you are a late riser can be rude. Also VERY unaccomodating about storing luggage - unless your luggage is LOCKED they won’t accept it which caused big problems for us. 」
