Our 2 year old got hurt while in the room and the front desk staff called around to find where we could get help and stayed with us until he knew we were being attended to. Brought ice packs and snacks for our kids while we waited for EMS. Truly an incredible stay. Highly recommend!」

「The hotel was in a great location. Minute walks to the Trevi and the Spanish Steps. The suites are indeed Luxurious as the name states but the service is not. One of the things we didnt like is that there was no one to get intouch with and no receptionist. This was difficult specially checking in on a Sunday, We were basically locked out and had to figure out that we had to go to the restaurant across the road to check in…this was very inconvenient. Another thing is that theres no one to get...
