員工非常負責任及熱情。離開酒店後我忘記了護照在酒店，酒店員工第一時間聯絡我，得之我無法返回羅馬後，還幫忙把護照寄到我在米蘭的酒店，非常負責任及有效率，值得推薦！

Staff were amazing and great at communication, they sent texts out with maps and navigation of trains, metro, buses. Free coffee, juices in lobby and a free bottle of wine on arrival. Hotel room is small however very clean and has everything you need (hair dryer, shower shoes, shower cap, soaps, eye mask, ear plugs- I could go on) Hotel is in great location near shops, Trevi fountain and restaurants/bars. Highly recommend!!!!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Rom! Die Lage ist absolut top – sehr zentral und ideal für Sightseeing, da man alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der ausgezeichnete Service: Das Personal war jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit und liebevoll, wenn es um Fragen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder anderen Anliegen ging. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und wurden immer sehr sauber gehalten, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ein weiteres Highlight war die kleine, aber feine Kochnische im Eingangsbereich, die mit einer Auswahl an Getränken und Kaffee ausgestattet war – und das alles kostenlos! Ein wirklich schöner Pluspunkt, der unseren Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht hat. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Kurzurlaub in Rom sehr genossen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

This hotel was simply amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in this hidden little gem. The communication and customer service was second to none with regular updates, helpful hints and information throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them and honestly my whole trip was such a delight from start to finish. The hotel is in such a great central location and the rooms are clean and modern with everything you need. I look forward to staying here again!

The room was cleaned daily, the bed was very comfortable and the room itself was cozy and welcoming. the staff were very friendly, they provided us with a map to show us where everything is, and gave us links to the best restaurants and bars nearby, and were always available on whatsapp if we ever had a question. Around the hotel was quiet at night, so we had an undisturbed sleep, which was lovely. the Staff also provided free water, coffee and juice at the Minibar- a lovely and thoughtful touch. A hidden gem in Romes historic centre, we would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay at Albergo delle Regioni. The room was clean and comfortable, with many little amenities that added to the whole experience. The room was compact, as you would expect for a city center hotel, but was perfect for our needs. Location could not have been better for sightseeing in Rome. However, I think the best part was the warm and welcoming staff. Our comfort was truly their top priority. Highly recommend!

Great location on a quiet side road. Staff was great. Our first night the shower drain did not work. We left a note about it at front desk and it was fixed by that evening. The free cell phone was so appreciated to help us navigate the city.

The staff at Albergo, are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself couldn’t be more ideally situated for all the sightseeing spots, and conveniently located for dining areas. The rooms are great, just what we required for our visit to Rome, a good shower and a comfy bed to sleep. All other times we are out of the hotel. The hotel provide, tea and coffee as well as a selection of fruit juices and biscuits, which is a nice touch. When we return to Rome I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, ticks all the boxes for me.
