「Loved everything. In an excellent location, room was amazing, the grounds were beautifully Italian, and the staff were incredible - apart from the lazy lifeguard who spent his whole day being miserable and looking at his phone. Highly recommend.」

「We loved the Costa Ragusa Borgo it was brand new, the room was spacious and contemporary. The service was fantastic for the buffet and the restaurants, everyone was always so eager to help. If you have kids - use the kids club, the staff is super professional! The beach was hands down amazing! So clean and clear, you can wade in forever with barely a wave. My only recommendation would be to change the towels more often ( house keeping needs some work) and the night entertainment needs some...

「We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has many great facilities, especially the spa and gym, which were a real bonus. Our child absolutely loved the nursery, and there was a great selection of activities to keep them entertained. The lunch and dinner buffets were very good, with plenty of choice. However, after a longer stay, we felt the menus became quite repetitive. It would be nice to see a little more variety throughout the week, both at breakfast and during lunch...

Einige Angebote, wie Animation oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auf der Anlage gibt es nicht mehr. Schade das der Pool und 19 Uhr schließt. Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend, Wurstsorten oder Käsesorten könnten abwechslungsreicher sein. Nettes Personal und Zimmer sauber, mit angenehmen großem Bad und vernünftiger Dusche.」
