「The view from our room was exactly as shown. The beautiful lake and mountains! We loved sitting in the evening along the waterfront enjoying the view and a glass of wine and table service. We slept beautifully in our bed and the room had all amenties. A wonderful stay.」

The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. 「If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. The multiple areas to grab food and drinks made it feel like you were in a different property. The boat ride they arrange was the cherry on top. Spectacular. If you have a chance, stay in the Varenna room. A perfect way to get your Lake Como experience on. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. 」

「Very near the railway station and nice staff. The staff let us settle down those luggage in the room before they clean the room. These are the only GOOD things I can mention. The others are average or slightly below average. I chose it because I only stayed one night before I left by railway and it is really convenient to walk the station, so I sacrifice somethings.」
