Hotel is in a very small village on lake adjacent to Lake Como -- easy to Milan about 45 min and to other villages and Lake Como about 30 min. Lovely staff, nice, comfortable rooms that are well appointed and gorgeous bathrooms. Not much to do in the immediate area so don't expect to walk around a cute town, but the hotel has a solid restaurant with a good breakfast and nice dinner dishes overlooking the lake.

It's a shame it's on a road, and the balcony's really need something to aid privacy when using the jacuzzis. Not quite 5 star on service and facilities, but higher than 4 star, and still pretty good. Quite expensive though (and room service has a 30euro charge!) so not really value for money imo, which lowers it to 4 star.

Outstanding 5+ Star boutique hotel. The staff is exceptional, the room quiet and huge, and a personalized breakfast was included. Parking is free and near. We had an ensuite sauna and terrace with picturesque view of a lake and mountains. Next

Beautiful property. Front desk Staff amazing, exceptional 10/10. Hotel was far from tourist attractions and did not have a car . Taxis pretty expensive. You would want to rent a car when you are staying here.

This hotel is truly exceptional. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the region, it offers a rare combination of tranquility, luxurious comfort, and remarkable generosity. Whether you choose to simply relax and enjoy your stay or explore the highlights of Lake Como—as we did with short day trips—you’ll leave with a deep sense of satisfaction. What made our experience truly outstanding was the hotel staff. We stay at similar hotels often, but these professionals were by far the best we’ve encountered. They responded to our emails within 30 minutes and went out of their way to fulfill every request. “No” simply isn’t in their vocabulary. They organized a number of special tours for us and ensured everything ran flawlessly. Thanks to their dedication, we had one of the most memorable vacations of our lives.

Absolutely amazing hotel! From the staff to the food to the location it truly is beautiful. Standard of service food and facilities is top class! I’ve been to a lot of hotels in my time and this is probably the best one I’ve ever been to! I’m trying to list things that others may find wrong with it but the only things I can think k of to tell you is, the iron and ironing board to not match the standards of this hotel, and maybe upgrade your room choice as we had one that faced onto the back of the property with trains going past. They are the only things I can think of, but other than that this hotel is outstanding, I would suggest hiring a car if you are staying for a while as the location gives access to all sides of lake Como! Again if you are looking for elegance, relaxation and outstanding service then this is the place for you!

The restaurant was great, all the employees phenomenal, in the morning at breakfast one of the hotel guests was smoking and I couldn’t even breathe or eat, and the waitress see that and tell to move to a place a little farther away. The only problem I had is that is no pool or away to get in the water even in the lake

Wonderful time at Bianca Relais

Set on the banks of Lake di Annone this superb hotel was just what we needed. Quiet, exclusive & with amazing service. We had a signature suite, so we had a hot tub with a huge wrap around balcony. Our super king size bed overlooked the lake with double aspect windows, which was wonderful to wake up to. The staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating. We ate in the Michelin* restaurant in the hotel. We booked our room very last minute & so initially they said they couldn’t fit us in the restaurant for dinner, however eventually we were able to have dinner and it was a great experience. The restaurant manager, who is also the Sommelier gave excellent wine recommendations and fantastic service - thank you 😊 Welcoming & friendly also to our little 4 legged friend, they provided him a bed, some treats and food and water bowls, small fee to have him in the room. We didn’t use them, but there were electric bikes available for use, a huge garden & lake access just across the small street. Lake Como was about 10 mins away, accessible by car. Would definitely stay here again!

Magnifique hotel dans un cadre calme et reposant, décoration raffinée et recherchée , personnel à l’écoute et très accueillant. Parking et bornes de recharge pour voiture électrique gratuits très appréciés. L’hôtel étant très isolé une voiture est indispensable et avec l’impossibilité de se baigner dans le lac il manque vraiment une piscine c’est dommage car tout est parfait.

Absolutamente excepcional. Apenas 10 quartos, imaculável na limpeza e cuidados no quarto. Equipe extremamente simpática e prestativa. A localização também é ótima, o lago Annone é super calmo, você tem a impressão de estar em um local bem exclusivo mesmo e ao mesmo tempo está a 10 minutos de Lecco, 45 de Varenna, 35 de Como, tudo muito perto. Definitivamente voltaria lá.
