Grand Hotel Menaggio

"The property is beautiful, the pool area especially is magnificent on the lake. The wait staff are great and the bellman try nice but the people at the check in desk did not make an effort to make us feel welcome and they didn’t explain the amenities or give helpful information about the property. The restaurant/food is good. The main level is beautiful, but the bedrooms and especially the bathrooms need an update however everything is clean The showers in the classic rooms are tiny. We had a great stay all in all - would go there again."

"The Palace is a great up scale hotel with a prime location directly across from the Lake and central to the historic old town! My room had a large window with an unobstructed view of the lake and lake front activity! The buffet breakfast was very nice too with lots of options! Lots of close by restaurants and shops! I recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"

"I emailed them to ask if they had any hineymoon services I could pay for and when I showed up they had champagne and snacks in the room waiting for us free of charge. First time since we started our honeymoon that we felt like a hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed."
