「The room was clean, the view is great from the little balcony. Extremely spacious, located 3 min walking from restaurants. The Como Lago train m station is 1 min walking. The A/C worked perfectly. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back. Communication with staff was not that great. They send me the instructions to check in the same day.」

「The property is nice. Unfortunately my door code didn’t work but that was resolved fairly quickly via WhatsApp. The big issue was it was extremely hot in Bergamo (33C) and there was no air conditioning. I reached out but was informed it goes on July 1 so the first night was very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Fortunately they turned it on Day 2 and it was fabulous. I could not have stayed a second night there without AC. You couldn’t open the windows as the street noise was too loud with...

「The room was a good size and very clean. The food available in the mini fridge and the buns and croissants in the morning were lovely. It is on a very busy and loud street, so the offered earplugs were appreciated. The pillows were very flat and not to my liking, so my sleep was not fantastic. Reception was excellent. When we had trouble reaching a taxi to take us to dinner, we were helped immediately even with no one on site. We had a fantastic dinner because of it. Thank you for a great stay.」
