"We really enjoyed our stay at Essentia Guest House. Gianluca went above and beyond. Met us to shuttle us back and forth to the location, his dining options were excellent, and he even took us to the local train station. This is a quaint and charming experience with gorgeous views of lake como, and you really feel immersed into the culture. Highly recommend. "

"Pros: I had a very good stay in the hotel. Very clean thanks to the cleaning ladies they organized everything in the room like a 5 star hotel everyday. The breakfast was very good. Lawrence in the breakfast area gave guests very good customer service. The hotel located very close to the ferry and bus station. Cons: the only thing that made me disappointed was the poor wifi connection, I literally could connect to the wifi for about 10 mins daily and get disconnected after. I shared this problem...

"The hotel is convenient for a stay where you will out all day. I came here for a wedding which with wedding plans all of my stay so I knew I wasn’t going to be at the hotel. The rooms were clean. The amenities could have been better and the location is not centric which to its advantage there was no noise at all at night. I’d recommend it for a good place to stay if you’ve already been to Como."
