「This hotel is just beautiful and located just steps away from the ferry dock. It is so relaxing and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking Lake Como is worth it alone. It’s an absolute gem.」

「There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. 「The staff was super helpful with reservations, ideas for local attractions, etc.」

「nice view! The lady at the reception is very kind. Staying one night there was a good choice for us.」

No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「Lovely accommodation and nice location. Very quiet until church bells got going but they are part of the charm」

Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for...

「My rooftop guestroom can access via escalator and it has a balcony with lake view. Walkable distance from the pier. 」
