「The entire stay was fantastic and the staff were all very friendly, occasional trouble with public transport to get up so take this in to account, but other than that it was an excellent week away!」

「Great Location and great place however it was very noisy on several nights. To the point where when I had to get up for work the next day I felt exhausted. Would be a perfect place to stay if you’re happy to sleep in」

「We are travelling through Italy by train. All booked hotels are within a reasonable walking distance, for this it was 12 minutes. Due to poor communication, we had to walk to the office which was 15 minutes from the train station, which then gave us a 30 minute walk to our apartment. So we decided on a taxi, 30 minutes after waiting for a taxi, we were taken to our apartment. Apartment was large, clean, and in a good spot.」

「Best room we have stayed in across many countries. Easy to find, close to the lake, with plenty of great shops nearby. The room was perfectly sized, the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked perfectly. The balcony had a lake view and room for both of us to sit. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely go back to this hotel if we're in the Lake Como area.」
