"When you walk into the courtyard at the Palazzo you know you are somewhere special. Arianna is very welcoming and speaks very good English. The La Vista room we chose was simply amazing. Six big windows letting the light stream in and giving us fantastic views out over the Lake. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished and was spotlessly clean. The Palazzo has a lot of history and this is explained in the very useful information book in the room. The hotel has a private deck area right on the banks of the Lake. Sun loungers, brollies, hot tub and fridge with refreshments. What a place to sunbathe and watch the boats go by. Breakfast was a lovely buffet that could be taken in the dining room or outside in the courtyard. There are a couple of very nice restaurants within walking distance for evening meals. The ferry to Bellagio is a fifteen minute walk from the hotel. Bellagio is worth a visit but we couldn’t wait to get back to the peace and tranquility at the Palazzo. Our two nights at the Palazzo was the highlight of our Italian Lake trip. Many thanks to Arianna for making us so welcome."

"PIECE OF HEAVEN!! My partner and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at this beautiful villa! The host was so kind and welcoming, and also speaks English in case visitors do not speak Italian. The villa itself was built decades ago, so you get the beautiful historic feeling of the villa. But the bathrooms and shower are all updated and modernized. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! The villa is situated right in front of Lake Como, so you get the best view of the lake! Our room came with a balcony where we sat and enjoyed the lake view. The property was so well kept and organized! We did have to share a shower with another guest, but honestly it was not inconvenient at all as we barely saw the other guest. The area itself is quiet and family friendly. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT!!"

"The minute you enter the boutique hotel lobby you’re greeted by a lovely attendant. He was very helpful and so nice. Our room was super clean, very new, and beautiful. The included breakfast is fantastic! Views of the lake were spectacular. The location is about 10 minutes (walking) from a cafe and 10 min drive from a small town. Walking is a bit doggy with limited sidewalks and speedy traffic, but we managed with no problems. Highly recommend this hotel!"
