「We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! 「I stayed in several hotels when I used to visit Como. Now I live on the lake and when I stay in Como, this is my preferred hotel. The location is excellent, nestled in the pedestrian streets, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Staff are always extremely helpful and give you a complementary drink upon arrival. All rooms have coffee / tea facilities and you get a bottle of water also. 」

「Mitten in der Stadt, nah am Seeufer, an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und am Stadion. Sehr freundliches Personal im Hotel, gute Restaurantempfehlungen, tolles Gebäude, Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Tolles Frühstück! Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im Hof kosten extra, sind aber sicher und sehr praktisch. Anfahrt nach Navi war ein bisschen verzwickt, kann aber an uns gelegen haben. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.」
