「Overall it is a good experience. Room is ok. The only issue is that there is no window at the lower floor - small window for the upper floor. Saying that, the sun light is good. In terms of room space, we have 2 15/13 year old kids and after the sofabed is spread out, there is limited space. Gym is great with everything while pool is also very nice. Overall service level is very good. We probably need a more sensible solution if we need to call a cab from the city.」

「good service and location」

「Wonderful lake view with top class service. Breakfasting experience was unforgettable.」

「Very disappointing stay considering paying up to Euro 1500/ ++ per night F&B - 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest - Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner) Spa - Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival - Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most Room - Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can...

「Easy to park and great service with a fantastic breakfast and restaurant for the evenings」

「We had another wonderful time at Hotel Cyrano in Salono. Hotel manager Marco was as warm and friendly as ever! We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. This was our second stay, and we've had a wonderful time every time! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful and frequently refreshed. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and features a two-level underground parking garage with ample and secure parking. This makes it an ideal choice for...

「Spacious clean room and comfortable beds, nice staff, free easy parking, quality of breakfast buffet was so so, overall was so good. 」
