「スタッフに連絡をして鍵を開けてもらわないとチェックインできないスタイル。こまめに到着直前まで時間を伝えて連絡を取っていたのに、到着すると誰もおらずビルも施錠されて入れなかった。 メッセージを送っても連絡がつかず、インターホンを押してもイタリア語しか通じない人物が出て、何も分からず鍵も開けてもらえなかった。 呆れていたらたまたま別の宿泊者らしき人間が鍵を開けたため中に入り5階まで登ったが、やはりイタリア語しか通じないスタッフしか居なくてチェックインに手間取った。 メッセージでやり取りしたスタッフはその日は不在とのことだった。 設備は悪くなくエアコンや冷蔵庫、ケトルが部屋にあり、共用部に電子レンジがあるのも良かった。しかしエアコンは非常に効きが悪く、つけたまで外出して部屋に戻ると部屋中がタバコ臭くなっていた。 翌日に宿泊税6ユーロを支払うように伝えられて、現金で払おうとして10ユーロからしかないと伝えると、お釣りを払えないと言われたため、クレジットカード払いに変更すると7ユーロ取られた。」

「This property is truly lovely. The rooms are spacious, large and fresh. Our room I thought when I saw the picture with the bunk beds will be simple but it was elegant. The property lies slightly out of town behind a nice electronic gate that opens up into a nice driveway and garden with a pool and an amazing view of a rock faced mountain. The building has be refurbished, yes with Ikea, but it is tasteful done. The breakfast was simple, scrambled eggs with sauteed mushrooms, pastries,...

「We were warmly received by Donatella and her daughter, Francesca. Donatella was very gracious and created marvelous treats for breakfast. Her homemade apple strudel was the best I’ve ever had. Francesca was amazing and helped us coordinate ferry schedules, dinner reservations, and activities. The setting is gorgeous and idyllic. Truly a unique and fabulous stay.」

「Brand new B&B in a small mountain town. Excellent facility - extremely clean and organized. Check-in was a breeze. Outside deck area for breakfast in the morning was perfect. A brother and sister own the place together and they are very accommodating and helpful. The town is very small (the road directly in front of the B&B is two way, but really only fits one car at a time so it is a bit of a challenge) but is well located to visit Lake Como or Lugano close by,」

「Don’t expect to be wowed. But it is safe convenient and very clean. We stayed here on our last night before hitting the airport. The airport is fairly close and there’s a couple of gas stations on the way. The most perfect thing about this place was that I could put my car right outside of the door, so organizing our luggage was perfect a few planes passed overhead, but nothing that was extremely annoying, and it kind of tapered off during the night.
