Staff is very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good and rooms clean. The location is very close to a secondary ferry that doesn’t have an extensive schedule as the main ferry’s. It’s about a 20-25 walk into Bellagio or quick ride on ferry . It is a nice stay away from busy Bellagio .

Learn from my mistake: Locanda Della Maria is close to the SAN GIOVANNI ferry stop. I made the mistake of assuming it was near the Bellagio ferry stop and had to make a very difficult walk to get there. Once there, it was TERRIFIC! Great value for money; very helpful staff, good breakfast and close to two “off the beaten path” places to eat; one casual (Nene) and one upscale local cuisine (Ittiturismo Mella ) both very good and CONVENIENT. Ask one of the staff for tips and your time in the Lake Como area will be much easier.

Charming bed and breakfast offers complimentary parking just a two min walk from the property. The welcoming and caring staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and their delicious breakfast is a highlight. The spacious room for 4 people with AC. About 15 min walk to the center of Bellagio. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

Our room was super clean, cute, and was located in a good spot. Breakfast was also great as well! The only slight thing I didn’t like was the bed was kind of hard. I’m a small person so if it’s firm it’s just not comfortable to me, but otherwise it was great and I’d definitely stay again!

Great location in a quiet and still close to Bellagio Downtown. Air conditioning everywhere and very clean room.
