Accommodation is located in a fantastic spot just of the boardwalk close to transport, restaurants and the old town. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had views of the bay. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms very clean. Our hoist Stefano met us on arrival, gave a great rundown on the property and has very friendly. This is definitely a place we will return to and recommend to friends.

This was a great place to stay in Como. Very close to the train ststion and ferry depot. The view was fantastic and the host was very sweet and offered several complimentary drinks. It was clean and the room was beautiful.

Excelente estadia.

Localização excelente, quarto super confortável, banheiro amplo. Lembrando que não é um hotel não serve café da manhã. Fomos recebidos com o frigobar abastecido com água , refrigerante e vinho branco . Cafe e chá também a nossa disposição. Atendimento muito bom.

The only reasons this place is getting two stars are for the location — it's close to downtown — and the fact that the bathroom has been recently remodeled. Other than that, this is not a hotel in the traditional sense. It's actually an old apartment that's been split into three separate rooms, each with its own bathroom. You need 5 keys to open doors to get in to your room on 3rd floor. The furniture is old and dated, the room had a noticeable body odor smell that never really went away. There’s no front desk, no lobby — basically no amenities you’d expect from a proper hotel. What really surprised me was the request to turn off the lights and AC every time you leave the room — apparently to save electricity.

Veldig fornøyd

Veldig fint og sjarmerende gammelt bygg, sentralt i Como. Rommet føltes luftig og stort, pluss for badekar og et lite kjøleskap. Litt støy fra gatene på kveldstid, men det er å forvente med plasseringen. Eieren var veldig hyggelig, gav gode tips til aktiviteter og plasser å se under oppholdet. Vi fikk også oppbevare bagasjen der i noen timer etter utsjekk.

Stefano was the best host you could ask for, very helpful and responsive. We had daily bottled water, expresso, and even a complimentary prosecco. Very convenient location right next to Como Nord and a short walk from the ferries. Good value!

Amazing views, charming room & lovely owner

This place is so charming, so clean, so well situated - and the proprietor Stefano is an absolute angel. When our arrival was delayed due to a health issue, he went out of his way to make sure we were okay and got into our room safely late in the night. He checked in on us throughout the stay, provided recommendations, coffee, a lovely map of Como, and was just an all around wonderful human being. We were left wanting for nothing. A perfect experience.

This place is a perfect location right across From all the ferries! Great communication with the owner and the room was perfect! Large bathroom, XL room. With lots of amenities! You can Walt to everything! Como Logo train station in a 1 minute walk! Highly recommend

Lovely room in great location, close to lake, ferries and bus depot. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. 5 mins walk from town centre and funicular, 20 mins to train station. Stefano was extremely helpful with great restaurant recommendations and tips. Easy self check in. Very hot and extremely busy when we were there, not surprising for August. Always ridiculous queues for ferry tickets even at 7am! So got the C110 bus up the west lakeside. Stopped at Argegno for breakfast, went up the cable car for great views (no queue, very quiet), then got the bus to Menaggio, lovely town and got the ferry back. No queue at ticket office and plenty of availability.
