「Friendly staff, great views」

「Very near the railway station and nice staff. The staff let us settle down those luggage in the room before they clean the room. These are the only GOOD things I can mention. The others are average or slightly below average. I chose it because I only stayed one night before I left by railway and it is really convenient to walk the station, so I sacrifice somethings.」

「If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. We arrived the hotel very late, around 9:30pm, while the restaurant still opens and the quality of food is good. We will definitely visit again.」

It is actually located in Vezio right outside of Varenna. At first, I was concerned about the location from Varenna. However, Rita the proprietor made sure we had transportation from the train station as well as to and from all of our points of interest. We seriously wanted for nothing. 「Amazing team, the restaurants were exceptional as well as the breakfast with so many options and the rooms and attention was the best we ever had. They clean our room every two hours amazing service. Every activity you want to do on the lake they organized for you and they are very professional and communicative.
