"We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Forum. The location was great as the south exit of the ruins is right out front. The room was very spacious, and had the best bed of the trip! The room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was outstanding, and all of the staff were very nice. We had dinner at the hotel twice, and each meal was excellent. Hotel Forum was perfect and outdid our expectations!"

"Lovely hotel and a prime location. Staff were friendly and the lowest price room was great! All in all, we had a nice stay but there just need to be a few tweaks to guest comfort to warrant the 4* in my opinion. The spa is a bit misleading, you don’t really need to book a time slot as the booking is only for the use of a relaxer chair. "From the moment we saw the hotel across the plaza to the moment we checked out and ran to our train, we loved the Grand Hotel Baglioni. The reception staff was wonderful! The gentlemen that helped us the most were Sr Bonarino who checked us in and gave us great transit advice for one of our unique stops, and Sr Francesco, who took our bags right up to our room for us and said hello to us each time we passed in the hallways.
