「Desde el primer momento que escribí para consultar mis dudas, recibí una respuesta rápida, precisa y educada. Luca estuvo atento en todo momento y fue muy profesional, dándome consejos tanto de dónde comer como de qué visitar. Respecto a la habitación, todo fue genial: cama cómoda y un juego completo de toallas de varios tamaños. Un gran detalle el café gratis con dulces. La ubicación es simplemente perfecta, a 10 minutos andando de absolutamente todo. Si vuelvo a Bolonia, no dudaré en quedarme...

「Centrally located with many options for shopping, museums, historical churches and dining within walking distance . Eduardo was a great host attentive to needs. Only drawback was the stairs up after the elevator which was tough with our luggage after our trip but we managed. 」

The key situation was a little cumbersome since our cell service was spotty and after being out all day we were frequently worried our phones would die before we got back to the property to open the door. 「This is a unique hotel. Much thought has gone into the decor: very modern in a bohemian way. Our room was quite attractive and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The location is ideal for exploring the historic center of Bologna. The only thing lacking is breakfast. While there are several excellent spots for pastries and coffee nearby, it’s difficult to find other options.」
