「The apartment was fine, kitchen, bed and bathroom are fine. Lots of towels which is nice. The only strange thing was that we booked an apartment that had a specific location that we chose because it was convenient and safe. The apartment we got however was at a totally different location where we did not feel so safe at night. The airco placement right across the bed is not the best since you get a dry mouth and nosebleeds. But all in all we had a good stay and the apartment itself was good...

「It is close to the train station, which was the main reason we chose this place and was very convenient. Communication with the host was somewhat sketchy. I sent the message thru hotels.com, which was not responded. The host sent a message in Italian thru WhatsApp for check-in on the day we were arriving. I did not see the message until I arrived in front of the building since I do not regularly check the WhatsApp, so y called her. The host said someone was coming in two minutes, but he came...
