"Breakfast and lunch dining, only two staff smiled. Alfred and a Swedish woman. Mostly grumpy men serving. Prior to room availability, I ordered lunch and a bottle of still water. The server put it on the table. I had to ask another waiter to open it for me, he also offered me a glass with ice and lemon. The other waiter then offered a family who arrived, glasses, lemon and ice. Honestly, I felt like a second class citizen. Housekeeping excellent, front of staff professional and helpful. Only downside was breakfast experience with no one looking happy or smiling!!"
