"The room was exactly as described, spacious, very clean with all of the listed amenities. This is not suitable hotel if you have mobility issues as you need to take stairs up to the 2nd floor in order to catch the lift up to the 4th floor, where one again we needed to take stairs up to the 5th floor. Finding the room initially was a bit of a challenge but we were happy with it once we figured it out and saw the views from all the window. Centrally located walkable area."

"The only thing good about this property was it location, it is poorly maintained all the carpets are very dirty, the bathrooms are uncomfortable, the toilet do not flush properly, there was no water pressure at the shower, the bedroom are updated, and the most important thing is they do not disclose that they do not have air conditioning, once you get there you realize you don’t have air-conditioning in your room and the temperature outside was above 80. this was the worst hotel I ever been."

"The location of the hotel is perfect! Opposite the train station so easy to travel & also easy to get to and from the airport. Also just a short 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Bologna. The staff on reception were polite, professional and helpful. But the bar staff were exceptional! Great customer service, every drink was served with a little snack which was a fab touch! The room however was extremely basic and could do with a little TLC. It was enough for us for a few short days stay but the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and the pillows were quite lumpy. The bathroom could do with a bit of a refurb. The hallways / lift areas could also do with a new carpet and it is quite annoying having to use an ironing room. I know this could be a local law or policy but even if there was an alternative like a steamer in the rooms then that would be better! Breakfast was ok, we paid for the breakfast for every morning when we booked but honestly we only used it twice. The food was lovely and coffee machines were very convenient! There was also a fresh juicing machine which was a nice addition to have! We had a nice stay overall but spent most of the time out exploring. The hotel did the job but overall would rate maybe a 3 star due to the rooms and breakfast being pretty basic! Staff and location were great though!"
