「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」

「I had messaged the property the day before arrival and got no reply. It's about 13 mins walk from the nearest Metro station that has both underground and above ground IE from the Airport with one change. But some of that 13 min path is broken path and cobble roads. There is however the No 495 bus that runs both ways from 5am to 11pm that stops close to the property. On check in the lady only spoke Italian but we got by. The rooms are old, don't have Aircon (it was 32Cel my time here) and no...

「It’s old and many things don’t work properly for example the ac is super loud and only keeps the entrance cool. The coffee machine didn’t work properly. The hot water for the shower was off and on and really not that hot. No pressure in the shower either. Very rude when it came to checking as no flexibility was offered for check time unless I was willing to give more money!」

「Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.」

「Very spacious and nice room. We chose the room with private sauna which is perfect. It is exactly what you see in the photos. The flowers and plants in the balcony are well-maintained and it's delightful to get some fresh air out there. Nice and cozy! We just used the kitchen a bit to warm up some simple food, but note that there is no range hoods so it may not be a good idea to cook something with strong smell or fry a steak. Overall it was everything we want. We'll stay again when we visit...
