「WI-FI service was down for 2 days and the air conditioner is not cool enough」

「Never believe in the hotel that you are being “upgraded” to a suite with river view, it’s an absolute lie. When we firstly got in the room, definitely it was very different from the picture we’ve seen online, small and dark. I understood it’s a property with history, just completely opposite from the pictures they presented online. Breakfast is served 8am-11am. Funny thing is, even if we arrived before 10am, basic item like scrambled egg was all gone and never refilled. What’s the point of...

「The location is great, just near the old bridge, and quiet. There is a good restaurant just around the corner. No breakfast but we can cook in the kitchen and the room is big with 2 bedrooms and a living room, and upstairs space with 2 single beds...perfect.」

「Great location. We enjoyed taking a walk each night we stayed. its safe and fun. The room would be nicer if the owner had changed curtains. Otherwise, everything was great.」

「1. Location is very good. The hotel is located in the nearest mountain around Florense, very good mountian view in the morning. Very easy to access the city by bus in front of the hotel. 2. Hotel garden is exactly the same as the pictures shown on the website. Very relax and beautiful landscape. 3. Spacious room, very big. After our stay in Venice, this seems a different world. 4. Gormet food in the hotel. We ordered T-bone steak and pasta at the hotel resturant, which is outdoor, around the...

「Would stay here again! The staff was great, very helpful. Its right by the tram, which made it really easy to get everywhere. If you prefer to walk, everything is about a 30 minute walk and less than 2KM. The accommodations were nice, clean, exactly as pictured. Building is quiet and very safe.」
