We found that the property was not as advertised. The restaurant was only open in the evening and it was a far walk in the dark on uneven paths. The pool bar was not open. The deluxe suite felt very dark and small and did not feel deluxe at all. The property was challenging to get to and further away with limited taxi service. The only bright part was the tall gentleman that worked there. He was very kind and helpful.

The rooms and surrounding areas were traditional, rustic and beautiful. The air conditioning did not work for us nor any others in our travel group and was not restored during our 4 day stay. There is fine screen mesh on the windows and it thankfully cooled down during the nights in September. Breakfast is very limited in selection and quantity. There was barely any food remaining when there was still 30 minutes remaining in the breakfast service time frame. Certainly is not worth the cost. Get your own cheese and cold-cuts and bread from town.

Frühstück war ausreichend, jedoch nicht abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war groß, allerdings schon etwas abgewohnt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist groß und schattig.

The location is awesome. Very close by of Florence downtown near the Tram. However, our bathroom had mold and the shower had jets that were blacked inside. Our AC in the bedroom was leaking into the bed and didn’t keep us cool. We also went at the restaurant on site and reserved a nice table. When we arrived for dinner they switched our table and we didn’t get the view we wanted. The pool is great for kids. It could be a great place full of potential but it is very run down.

I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people. The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. The breakfast was good, not to fancy but ordinar
