The location was magnificent but initially they put me in a handicap room on the 5th floor which I didn’t initial book. Then they put me in a “upgraded” room which was on the 3rd floor it was placed directly in front of the restaurant to where I had to keep the blinds close. Remodeling was taking ...
Very central. Pleasant staff. Great bartenders in the bar (but not the gin bar). Actually preferred the main bar. Rooms - a little too cosy. I will know bettet next time. Still cannot beat the lication.
Good restaurant and bar. Very spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Good location for Heathrow.
Covered pedestrian link to Terminal 5 was key as pne of us required a wheelchair.

This hotel is a very nice , modern, clean and quite hotel with a great location. A walking distance to the Big Ben, London Eye,The Abbey, Trafalgar Square. Across from the hotel you have the metro. Coffee, pubs, restaurants and markets around the corner and at the same time is pretty quite.
It was very convenient, set back off the street do less traffic noise. Check in was quite busy with a bus load of new arrivals but handled quickly. The room was satisfactory but the electrical outlets at the desk were non functional. When reported to the front desk we were told we would need to purchase ...
