Friendly service at reception and very helpful. Facilities excellent. Housekeeping a bit hit and miss.
Great location, very friendly and great food. Great value breakfast. Definitely recommend this hotel to fiends.
The front desk was very helpful with directions and taking the tube!
All the staff were very friendly and clearly there to make my overnight stay enjoyable. I was impressed
Great Location, close to all main attractions and underground. Rooms are comfortable, air conditioned, just a little on the smaller size than pictures indicate, but acceptable.
We had a great time in this hotel, everything went well also breakfast was wonderful. We recommended staying at this hotel to others too .
Nice new hotel. Staff were very professional but no smiles, except for Anna who checked me in. Anna was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good but not great. I like having USB chargers in the room and a pitchers that warms up water with cups.
As expected. Would use again. Tea and coffee might be a nice touch but generally great. Comfy bed also.
