「Amazing experience , wonderful environment , service ...」

「位置優越，交通方便，裝修精美，前枱員工友善，設施齊全。」

「Beautiful hotel, comfortable & clean rooms and excellent lounge service, with smooth check-in and check-out. Service and child friendly areas lacking, and small details like reception not picking up the phone, unresponsive room service, niece being given food with allergen when stated clearly before. For a hotel of this standard and price, much greater care is needed, particularly with food allergies.」

「There were places to eat nearby and in the heart of central London; it was a quiet area, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with everything needed to make the stay go smoothly. The staff were all helpful and nice, offering tea or a drink. The hotel is worthy of 5 star. Please be aware that they do keep 150 pounds per night as incidental, return once all is well at the end of the stay.」

「Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. 」

「Excellent service, best location, 4 mins walk from the underground and shopping area and next to the theatre. The interior design of the loddy, room and everywhere is amazing, you can find new detialing everyday. The room is comfortable as well. I will stay here in the next London trip.」

「Great location and staff was very friendly」

「入住升級了房間但還是有點小，但在倫敦這也是無可厚非。倫敦的自來水總是讓人洗澡有種沒洗乾淨的感覺，還好房間有濾水器可直接取用，節省了一些瓶裝水費用。」

「This is a beautiful boutique hotel in Belgravia. It’s centrally located so you can walk to shopping, restaurants, historical sites and concert venues easily. Victoria station is a short walk as well. The hotel is beautifully appointed and has a warm cozy feel. The included breakfast is a real plus as a nice way to start your day. There is always someone to help or answer questions if needed and we always felt safe secure and welcome on premises. Our room was comfortable with nice pillows and a...

「Excellent hotel experience」

「早餐是8-11，還可以。員工很常打掃大廳，是個不錯的地方。房間偏小，智能家電很方便。可惜廁所的排水系統不足。」

「All staff was excellent, helpful friendly and went above and beyond including the manager Dan who accommodated a special request. Excellent food, drink, entertainment, and conversation. The room was comfortable but a bit smaller than expected. We will return!」
