Fantastic stay at The July. The place is so clean and has been done to a very high standard. We loved our studio, it had everything we could have needed and made our stay in London even more enjoyable. Staff at front desk were lovely and friendly too. Thanks again

The staff members were so kind, professional and supportive. The location was really convenient because was closed to the Victoria station and to the shopping center with restaurants. The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice and quiet.

This is a nice, new boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room was nice. It was studio apartment. However, we had a few complaints. 1. The bathroom did not have outlets for anything other than electric shavers. The voltage in the bathroom outlet differed from standard UK voltage. We found this very odd. I could only blow dry my hair in the hallway while I sat on the floor in front of the mirror. 2. The elevators broke continuously during our stay. 3. The door to our room did not have a deadbolt, which made me feel uneasy. Any member of the staff could have entered our room at any time without a deadbolt to stop them. 4. The lids to the trashcans in the room did not fit in the cabinet, so we could not close the cabinet to the trash (under the kitchen sink) without taking the lids off. These are all minor issues, and overall out stay was nice.

Het is een mooi hotel, alles is nog nieuw. De keuken in de hotelkamer is van alle gemakken voorzien, ook is er een spons en afwasmiddel voor degene die de vaatwasser niet wil gebruiken. Het ontbijt, in het restaurant, van het menu wordt door een chef bereid in een open keuken en het smaakt verrukkelijk. Het ontbijt en de muntthee van het buffet is ook van goede kwaliteit. Het personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. De wifi werkt uitstekend. De liften werken heel snel. De sauna is per uur te boeken en echt een aanrader als je na een dagje 'sight seeing' vermoeidheid en/of spierpijn ervaart. Het hotel ligt dichtbij Victoria station, hierdoor heb je veel mogelijkheden qua openbaar vervoer. Maar ook te voet of fiets is Buckingham Palace en het centrum prima bereikbaar. In de omgeving van Victoria station zijn er veel zwervers, ze vallen gelukkig niemand lastig maar het is wel naar om te zien hoe deze mensen op straat leven. In de omgeving van het hotel zijn veel restaurants en bars. Mijn aanraders zijn: Casa de Frango (Portugees) en Flat iron (steak). Voor een snelle hap: Victoria Market Hall, Bleecker Burger of Shake Shack. Wat iets minder was tijdens mijn verblijf: het (brand)alarm ging op twee verschillende dagen af. Één keer tijdens het ontbijt, geen probleem, ik zag dat iedereen rustig bleef zitten. Een andere keer was het 's avonds toen we al in de kamer zaten, dan is het lastig om te beoordelen of je met spoed de kamer moet verlaten. Receptie gebeld maar die nam niet op.

The welcome from the reception staff was friendly and efficient every time...they genuinely wanted us to have a great stay. The room was amazing and really set us up for our 3 nights exploring London and for our onward journey on the Eurostar to Lille. VERY comfy bed, no noise, coffee, tea, TV ....full kitchen facilities.... what more could you want - we found it difficult to leave!

I could not fulfill my stay at this hotel due to an airline strike. The hotel would not move on its “non refundable” stance even with the strike beyond my control. In addition just before I was to leave my home country, I was some urgent medical information. If I got stuck in London I would have lost the surgery date, and I have been waiting for years. As it stands, the strike is still not resolved. Have a heart!

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room had hob/oven/microwave/fridge freezer/dish washer, so eating in was definitely an option had we not eaten out. The room wasn't huge but a lot of effort had gone into making the layout as efficient as possible. Overall, the hotel had a great vibe and we left having had a very positive experience.

Overall, the hotel is lovely. As a relatively new property, every area looks immaculate and I cannot fault my room. Ideally located for Victoria station, restaurants and pubs, grocery stores and more, I can’t recommend The July highly enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent property in central location. I stayed with my 9 year old in a studio apartment and it was perfect. The apartment has excellent facilities and has everything you could want. Would definitely stay again.

This is the cutest boutique hotel. The executive studio had everything you could want or need. They have the most amazing staff ready to help you with anything. Dishwasher didn’t work and a serviceman was there and had it fixed in 2 min. Fresh apples in lobby as you walk in/out. Would stay here again.
