Excellent find, right next door to Shepherds Bush Market train station, across the road from the market and a 3 minute walk from Shepherds Bush Empire (we were attending a gig).
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the reception is manned throughout the night, there is a small bar
We would definitely use this hotel again ( I would ask not to be allocated rm1 which backed onto a closed courtyard which housed extractor fans so the towels and our clothes when we left smelt of cooking fat) as it is perfectly situated in a vibrant part of the area, with everything you need.

The place was kept clean. WiFi worked well. Staff was courteous and polite. And hotel was central to eating and shopping.
Room with kitchen was too small. Was barely enough space two persons to move around comfortably.
