"I’m had a double room, it was big, comfortable and clean. Staff were poor, the management of check-in wasn’t good. The property is difficult to navigate. The free boat to Canary Wharf is super convenient. All I’d say about the hotel is it is technically a hostel, if you go with that in mind you’ll be surprised if you expect a hotel, you’ll be disappointed"
"This is a very central hotel connected to terminal 3 by a short walkway (2.5 minute walk). As soon as you get off the walkway and enter the terminal, there is an elevator that will take you down to the tube to the other terminals for free. Definitely well thought out and much cheaper than paying for taxi's or trying to navigate the bus. Hotel looks very fancy, breakfast was also great. There was some damage in the room where I guess a previous guest had spilled the kettle and damaged the surface covering on the shelf, but the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
"I always stay here in London. I heard a visitor from the US complaining that there was no hairdryer in the room. There’s no coffee or tea either. This suits me fine. Bring your own stuff or book somewhere else if you want a traditional hotel. "
"Very convenient for an overnight at Heathrow. I checked in just before midnight, and was out first thing in the morning. A very restful way to spend a long layover. Very comfortable bed. I was out the door of my room and through security in about half an hour. I did not try the breakfast as I had lounge access, and ate there."
