「The room was noisy and we were unable to sleep until 3am because we could hear everything from the apartment next door, through the 'cluster doors'. This was extremely disappointing because the accommodation is well appointed, very comfortable, and the location is superb.」

The location is convenient at walking distance from tube stations, but we found taking the bus even more convenient. There are not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Communications with the owners were quick at times, a little less so at others.」

Then was email I would get details of checking in shortly. I emailed on the morning of travel to say I did not receive the email, got told it was sent nothing more. I asked if they could resend it again no answer. I email a few more times no response. Got to the location emailed again to state that I was there, yet again no response. I waited for...
