「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. 「The room was perfect but I was on the 3rd floor so there are stairs. Room was well equipped and very happy at the room and kitchen. Bathroom is small but functional. Nicely located」
