「First day - lock pin didn’t work and no cold water for some time
Second day - no water so toilet flush didn’t work until early evening almost 12-15 hours with no water.
Stay at your own risk where there is no in person reception and only had to rely on WhatsApp text especially when on vacation prefer some well known hotel chain」

「When I first booked, I was offered a free upgrade and it was anything but that. The minute my husband and I arrived, the room was absolutely freezing. It was also marketed that we were staying in Notting Hill and we were not. There were no extra blankets and the bed was a full-size bed. That same night, the water was over flowing and not draining in the shower. The next day, maintenance came to look at the shower and the heat and as soon as we arrived back to turn on the shower, it was leaking...
