The ease of communication and being informed before our arrival and during our time was comforting. The staff was easily to get ahold of and attentive when we arrived. The unit was beautiful and provided excellent amenities. The areas is easily walkable, very safe and alot of nearby places to eat and access nearby for paid parking and including right in front for free. I highly would recommend this location and this hotel group.

The rooms were NOT as advertised There was NO ONE to answer the phone or doorbell! The help when finally found was NO HELP and in fact rude! They would not give refunds for cancellation of stays even greater than 24 hrs out

Terrific location in Bloomsbury. Quiet, safe and clean. To note: the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor so if you have a lot of luggage, request a room on a lower floor. Otherwise this is a very good spot and staff were very responsive.
